| The AeroWiz BATS module helps airports administrate their hanger and tie-down tenants lease/rental agreements and billing along with tracking based aircraft information for these tenants.
Airports can specify all hanger and tie-down locations and individual parking spots within those locations. Tenants can lease/rent one or more of these locations or spots and can be charged based upon the size and type of spot being leased.
You can quickly search all of your locations by aircraft type, location, customer name, etc.
Monthly bills can be automatically generated by AeroWiz and sent on your behalf. Invoices can contain one or more detail lines for such things as Lease/Rental fee, Security Fee, Sales Tax, etc.
As payments are received they can be posted to the customer accounts and Statements can be generated for all overdue charges. Statements can include late fees or finance charges.
Based aircraft can be linked to tenant locations and extensive contact information saved for later retrieval in case of emergency use with the AeroWiz Message Center module. You can track insurance policy and expiration information for all based aircraft in BATS and send reminder notices to tenants whose insurance is expiring to update their records.
Accounting reports are always available including Accounts Receivable Summary and Detail reports, Account Aging reports, Invoice detail reports, etc.
BATS is fully integrated with the AeroWiz Message Center to help streamline communications with your BATS tenants.
